In-Person Training or Online Coaching 

 In-Person

Standalone Programming

Session Appointment

Individual:

  • 30 minutes: $20

  • 1 hour: $30

Group (2 or more):

  • 30 minutes: $15 per person

  • 1 hour: $20 per person

​

Package

  • Ten 30 minute sessions: $180 (10% savings)

  • Ten 1 hour sessions: $270 (10% savings)

  • Twenty 30 minute sessions: $340 (15% savings)

  • Twenty 1 hour sessions: $510 (15% savings)

Personal Training

Standalone training program:

  • 1 month: $40

Includes:

- Month training program is designed entirely for your personal goals. Training days will include exercises, sets, reps, weights & tips for warmups and mobility

- Assistance regarding nutrition

- 24/7 text/call/email access

Powerlifting

Standalone powerlifting program:

  • 1 cycle (4-6 weeks): $40

Includes: 

- Powerlifting specific program

- Training days, rest days, warmups, mobility

- Offseason training, peaking, etc.

- Meet day assistance regarding weigh-ins, warmups, attempt selection, help with equipment *dependent on location*

- 24/7 text/call/email access for questions and videos of training

Nutrition 

  • +$10 added to program (adjusted every 2-4 weeks)

  • $25 - initial plan, check-ins and adjustments every 2 weeks ($15)

***In-person training recommended for those who desire more encouragement and motivation during training.

**Failure to give 24 hour notice for cancellation will result in a charged session **
